Terms and Conditions

1. To Enter Online:
Visit the current raffles page, click the raffle you'd like to enter, and click the buy tickets link. If you're already a member and signed in, you'll go straight to your shopping cart to finish the transaction. If you're a new user you'll be taken to a quick signup page. This allows us to get the information necessary to notify you if your name is drawn. Once you've completed your raffle ticket purchase your name is officially entered into the raffle drawing you specified. Your name is enter once for each individual ticket you purchase.

2. Prizes:
Each prize is outlined in the current raffles area of chcraffle.com

3. Winner Selection:
Each raffle will have one Grand Prize winner. A winner is selected when ALL available tickets are sold. At the start of every raffle an end date and, if applicable, the number of available online tickets are announced. chcraffle.com, reserves the right to decrease the amount of available tickets and the right to end a raffle before all tickets have been purchased. The random ticket drawing is automatically handled by a system provided by RaffleSoft. A winner will be selected within 7 days of a raffle ending. The raffle will not be cancelled.  If only one ticket is purchased, that one will be the winner.

4. Odds of Winning:
Unlike lotteries where odds of winning are 1 in 18 million, chcraffle.com prides itself in creating raffles with no more than 5,000 tickets. Your odds at winning are fantastic! We never over sell tickets. Occasionally we'll draw a winner early (before all tickets are sold), but that only works to your advantage.

5. General Conditions:
Raffle prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by electronic mail (email), mail or telephone. Tickets and prizes are nontransferable.

chcraffle.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. By entering the raffle, each participant releases chcraffle.com and its agents from all responsibility of liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.

By entering any raffle, participants recognize and agree that registration information provided by the participant may be made available to chcraffle.com; use of such information will be governed by chcraffle.com privacy policy.

Taxes, if any, related to the prizes are the responsibility of the individual winner. Winners may be required to verify address or execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.

Entry constitutes permission to use the winners' names, stories, ideas, suggestions and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. No responsibility is assumed for lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, postage due or late entries by mail.

chcraffle.com and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials in connection with this raffle.

chcraffle.com and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this raffle or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the orders in this raffle.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the promotion if the raffle is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of chcraffle.com

By entering the raffle, you may occasionally receive announcements through email.

By entering the raffle, you agree to be bound by these official rules. chcraffle.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the order mechanism, to be violating the official rules or acting in a disruptive manner.

6. Eligibility:
Only those 18 years or older are eligible to enter Raffles.

7. Winner's List:
A winner's list (i.e. winner announcement, Internet posting, etc.) will be emailed to each participant of the specific raffle drawn.

8. Local Law:
The player is responsible for determining the legality of Internet gambling in the player's place of residence or location from where the player is accessing the website and abiding by those laws. chcraffle.com and its management will not be held liable if the laws of your locale prohibit this type of activity.

9. Awarding Prizes:
Every effort will be made to accurately describe any prize offered for Raffle but no responsibility will be accepted for errors or omissions. No warranties given or implied by the promoter, organizing committee or the designated charity on any item raffled or promoted by this site. Prize winners will have Five Days from the date of the Draw to opt for the Cash Alternative (if there is a cash alternative) and 30 days to collect their prize. Prizes not collected within 30 days will be donated to the original designated charity. No negotiations will be entered into and judges decision is final. Where applicable, chcraffle.com will ship the raffle winner's prize via FEDEX or other suitable carrier and reserves the right to deliver raffle prizes in person to take promotional photos and winner statements.

10. Members Area:
The member area is for the exclusive use of members. A member is defined as someone who has purchased a raffle ticket. Any public posting of information in regards to the members area, (i.e. login name and password given out for general use) will result in immediate removal of said account and the possible voiding of the ticket purchased by the offending member.

11. Charitable Donations:
A tax deductible official receipt from CHC Raffle is available on request for purchases or donations in excess of 500.

12. Distribution of Income:
100% of the profits or surplus generated by this site, raffles and donations will be donated to CHC Raffle or other designated charities. Costs associated with future raffles will be deducted from specifically designated income relating only to that raffle or borne directly by the designated Charity. Income intended for a designated charity will not be diverted to non-designated charities or used for any other purpose.

13. Refund Policy:
Donations to a designated Charity or Monies paid to enter a Raffle are non-refundable. However, if you have a problem with the website and have justifiable grounds for requesting a refund we will have no problem with issuing one to you. An administration / handling charge of 5.00 will be deducted from any refund made to a credit card used to place the order. No refund request will be considered after 30 days from date of payment. No refund request will be considered after the Raffle has taken place. Refund requests should be delivered in writing only to the contact address.

14. Other:
This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision of this agreement is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, the portion shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. chcraffle.com reserves the right to change this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement for changes and your continued use of this website after that time shall constitutes your acceptance of any new terms thereafter.
